Andromeda Wealth is engaged in the business of distribution of various financial and non -financial Products including but not limited to Mutual funds, Bonds, Sovereign Gold Bonds, NPS, PMS, AIF, unlisted equity shares, fixed Income, loans including loan against securities, Insurance, Will, estate planning, Tax filing etc., and offers a platform to support the Channel Partners in the distribution of various investment/financial products & allied services offered by various Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI) & Asset Management Companies
Further, Andromeda Wealth also appoints and authorizes eligible Channel Partners to distribute various investment/financial products to their clients/customers through the portal.
"Portal" shall mean all the websites /links /pages/ software applications offered by Andromeda Wealth through which access is provided to web pages, online desks, user accounts, utilities, forms, surveys, reports, financial tools, articles, documents, media contents, news, Product(s), Service(s), market information, third party links, etc. in any mode, format or manner, and through any technology or platform, including mobile platforms / operating systems and mobile applications. Portal includes all online user desks, mobile applications and mobile desks, including versions thereof but not limited to, Partner Andromeda Wealth login and Client login.
The user/s(client/s) hereby confirms that all the information shared to Andromeda Wealth Pvt Ltd (Distributor)/Channel Partner of Andromeda Wealth Pvt ltd is correct & true to their knowledge
The user/s hereby allows Andromeda Wealth Pvt Ltd (Distributor)or its partner to utilize their C/KYC information such as identity (name, PAN, age etc.), address and signature for sending it to Asset Management Companies (AMC) for the purpose of validation and to comply with the legal and regulatory requirements. The user hereby accepts that for any transactions that are submitted offline i.e. with wet signatures, the signature available in their C/KYC records would be used for signature verification. The user/s agree and understand that they shall be solely liable to inform the Distributor / AMC in case of any change in their C/KYC information including change in signature/ signatories etc. and in the event of my / our signature not being updated, available or legible in C/KYC records, the Distributor / AMC would be within its rights to carry out further checks to validate the authenticity of the request or reject any such offline request based on existing C/KYC information.
The user/s understand that their data is being collected on the Andromeda Wealth portal for the purpose of investment in various financial products/allied services. They are aware that it could be shared by Andromeda Wealth Pvt ltd if required by any regulatory or statutory authority for any audit purpose & user/s give their permission for the same.
The user/s understand that Andromeda Wealth Pvt ltd shall not be liable for any losses, damages etc that may be incurred/suffered by them on account of any failure of computer systems, telecommunication network and other equipment’s installed at the office premises of the Distributor and/or any misuse, mishandling, damage, loss, defect etc of the same.
The user/s understand that the performance data related to Mutual fund schemes is owned solely and exclusively by Value Research.
The user/s understand that the Service(s) on the portal shall be availed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions mentioned herein. They agree that Andromeda Wealth may at its sole discretion vary the terms and conditions or withdraw any of the facilities provided herein from time to time.
