  • Copy of ARN & EUIN letter and ARN card from AMFI/CAMS
  • Copy of address proof
  • Copy of PAN card
  • Copy of cancelled cheque
  • Copy of KYD letter/acknowledgement
  • Copy of TAN card
  • Copy of GST certificate (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association
  • Certified true copy of Board resolution/Authority letter
  • Certified true copy of list of Authorised signatories
  • Partnership deed/incorporation certificate certificate/HUF deed
  • Copy of MSME certificate (if applicable)

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
